Joanne Chesimard, 65, has been living freely in Cuba since 1984, five years after she escaped from a U.S. prison. Now known as "Assata Shakur," she is wanted in the killing of Trooper Werner Foerster on the New Jersey Turnpike on May 2, 1973.Chesimard escaped from prison with help from a coalition of radical, domestic terror groups. Chesimard was a member of the Black Panther Party and later the Black Liberation Army
