A Warm Spring? Count Me In.

Meteorologist are predicting a warm, dry spring for the West Coast. The majority of the United States will have above-average temperatures over the next three months.it is expected to be drier than normal in much of the West, Rockies and Southwest. In the more Eastern areas it is predicted there will be more flooding.
